Hello! My name is Jordan Brotamonte, and I am a Filipina-American visual journalist based in Bellingham, Washington. I am a fourth-year student at Western Washington University pursuing a major in visual journalism and a double minor in global studies and sociology.

As a minority in gender and race, I am passionate about covering issues of less-represented people in society. My goal as a journalist is to ensure that everyone, no matter their background, has equal coverage in the media and that their voices and stories are heard.

I have worked as an opinion reporter for the Western Front, where several of my stories were published. Additionally, I reported for the Klipsun Magazine, with one of my stories being selected for print publication.
